Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks experienced Hospitalist Physicians as contractors to review inpatient medical records and clinical documentation for AI training projects.

You will verify that clinical claims are supported by the medical record, assess HPI/PMH/assessments/c care plans, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback to improve AI models and data quality. Remote work is offered with strong attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current or recent inpatient/hospitalist experience within the past two years.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, FHIR data, and clinical notes.
• Verify that clinical claims are supported by the medical record.
• Evaluate inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and care plans.
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
• Apply review guidelines consistently and provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality.
• Communicate findings clearly with the project team.
