Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Hospital Medicine.
• Inpatient/hospitalist role in past 2 years.
• Strong grasp of inpatient charting and hospital workflows; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Assess FHIR records, clinical notes, claims and hospital charts for completeness and accuracy.
• Determine whether the chart substantiates the reported clinical details and claims.
• Compare the HPI, past history, assessments and plans with inpatient note standards.
• Flag gaps, errors or contradictions in the documentation and explain findings clearly.
