OpenTrain AI seeks experienced clinicians to remotely review inpatient records for AI systems. You’ll assess accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundness of documentation, and explain where records fall short.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with an MD or DO.
• At least five years as an attending hospitalist or leadership in documentation audit programs.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation standards and their impact on coding and compliance.
• Clear written and spoken English; no AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient H&Ps and progress notes for accuracy, completeness and clinical soundness.
• Read discharge summaries against stays and identify significant errors, gaps and contradictions.
• Clarify unclear or conflicting notes and document each review with a short reason.
• Grade seriousness of documentation problems against a standard and suggest improvements.
