Remote Hospice Triage RN - Part Time, 2 Shifts (3:30 PM - 9:30 PM) + Rotating Saturday & Sunday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Join our team at IntellaTriage as a Remote Hospice Triage RN. We are seeking experienced nurses to provide compassionate end-of-life care remotely.

Responsibilities

1. Provide hospice and end-of-life care via telehealth.
2. Follow client-specific protocols to assess patient needs.
3. Document patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records.
4. Participate in training and ongoing education.
5. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

1. Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license.
2. Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care required.
3. High-speed internet and a tech-savvy mindset.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with empathy and professionalism.
5. Residency in a Compact US state.
