Job summary

A hospice triage company is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide after-hours support for hospice patients. In this remote role, nurses will triage calls, assess patient needs, and collaborate with care teams to ensure timely interventions. Candidates must hold an active multistate RN license and have experience in hospice or palliative care. The position offers a pay range of $25 to $28 per hour, along with additional benefits including PTO and 401(k) participation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle a minimum of 5 calls per hour.
• Must maintain reliable internet connectivity during shifts.
• Must document calls accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
