Minimum Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Must reside in and work from a Compact US state
• Experience with end-of-life care is required
• High-speed internet connection
• Tech-savvy with keyboard proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Part-Time Schedule:

• Minimum of 2 shifts weekly, 4:30 am - 10:00 am CST (weekday flex shifts)
• Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 4:30 am - 10:00 am CST

Ideal Candidates:

• Have experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care, and in fast-paced environments like ED or critical care
• Willing to undergo three weeks of remote paid training
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

• Option to pick up additional shifts
• Provided with a laptop and headset
• Own high-speed internet required
• Quiet, private workspace required for HIPAA compliance
• Must be comfortable using multiple technology applications and following detailed instructions
• Minimum 30 minutes of paid shift preparation; 30 minutes to 2 hours for post-shift documentation
