Qualifications

• Active RN license in TX or Compact.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Home health experience in geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Self-starter with strong organization.

Responsabilités

• Deliver skilled nursing care at patients' homes per orders.
• Collaborate with care team to update plans of care.
• Administer treatments and manage clinical activities.
• Monitor progress and communicate findings to team.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
