You’ll use the Roger app, a HIPAA-compliant, voice-enabled documentation platform to reduce charting time while staying on top of OASIS requirements, so you can focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

Qualificações

• Active RN license (TX/Compact) and CPR certification.
• Prior home health care experience with geriatric patients.
• Self-starter with strong organization and compassionate care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes per physician orders and care plan.
• Collaborate with the care team to update personalized plans of care.
• Administer treatments and manage clinical activities for outcomes.
• Monitor progress and communicate findings to the team and family.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
