Zusammenfassung

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Billing Analyst I to support home health billing operations remotely across the United States. You will audit Medicare claims, manage Oasis reports, and bill Medicare and non-Medicare claims daily while maintaining timely communication with insurers and patients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of billing experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Waystar and Esolutions.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1–3 years billing experience (home health care preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Esolutions, Waystar, and commercial web portals.
• Understanding of Medicare FSSO DDE software.
• Strong computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Good communication with office staff and patients.

Aufgaben

• Perform claim audit review for Medicare and PPS Medicare Commercial.
• Maintain responsibility for Oasis reports.
• Review unbilled reports for Medicare and Non-Medicare weekly.
• Bill Medicare/Non-Medicare claims daily.
• Verify visits have usual rates and contractual adjustments bi-weekly.
• Handle Medicare/Non-Medicare claim rejections.
• Enter billing notes on accounts over 30 days.
• Make insurance calls to check claim status.
• Process requests for information from insurers.
• Answer billing queue calls and collect patient payments by phone.
• Work monthly Medicare, HMO, and 3rd-party agency.
• Review monthly SOX reports for accounts over 30 days.
