Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who can help clients organize their homes. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments, comprehensive sales and design training, and no prior experience required.

You’ll build rapport, educate customers on our products, and guide them through the home organization journey, all while working close to home and benefiting from a supportive mentor structure.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification required.
• Candidate must be coachable and eager to learn 13-week paid training.
• Must have reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Begin sales route with appointments provided.
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through homes to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on closets by design products and services.
• Follow training to assist residential customers.
