Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership is required.
• 2–5 years of legal experience in related fields (HOA, real estate, or litigation).
• Strong drafting skills across legal documents and litigation materials.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide clear, structured guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide HOA/COA boards across Florida with practical legal counsel.
• Draft, review, and amend governing documents (Declarations, Bylaws, Rules).
• Ensure compliance with Florida community association law and regulatory changes.
• Support covenant enforcement, pre-litigation steps, and related litigation documents.
