Job Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Design and present customized insurance programs for high-value assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with risk advisors or carriers.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and underwriting guidelines specific to HNW clients.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, new business, and renewals accurately.
• Maintain detailed records in agency management systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Build and retain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on HNW or Private Client Services.
• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Familiarity with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Nationwide Private Client, Cincinnati, etc.
• Experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a client-first mindset.
• Discretion and professionalism handling confidential matters.
