Position: HNW Personal Lines Account Executive

Location: San Diego, Oregon, WA, AZ, NV, UT, or CO.

The High-Net-Worth (HNW) Personal Lines Account Executive manages a portfolio of affluent clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams and carriers to ensure client satisfaction and proper risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HNW clients, managing service requests, renewals, and policy changes.
• Design and present customized insurance programs for high-value assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate property inspections and appraisals.
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and underwriting guidelines specific to HNW clients.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, new business, and renewals accurately.
• Maintain detailed records in agency management systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Build and retain strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with HNW or Private Client Services background.
• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Nationwide Private Client, Cincinnati, etc.
• Experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a client-first mindset.
• Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive client matters.
