Job Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing white-glove service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Design and present customized insurance programs for high-value homes, collections, autos, yachts, aircraft, and umbrella/excess liability.
• Conduct risk assessments, collaborate for property inspections, and stay updated on market trends and underwriting guidelines specific to HNW clients.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers, process endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately, and maintain organized records in agency management systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in personal lines insurance, especially in HNW or Private Client Services.
• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Familiarity with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Nationwide Private Client, Cincinnati, etc.
• Experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
