AI Trainer Jobs is seeking a Hmong Language Expert for a remote evaluation track. You will review hmong language prompts and responses against AuraOne's quality rubric, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback for retraining.

Responsibilities include evaluating model outputs, comparing paired responses with rationale, and tagging content for safety and instruction-following accuracy. Flexible, contractor-based, with ~10 hours per week ongoing.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation or annotation experience on hmong language evaluation.
• Ability to apply rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning and rubric clause citation.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hmong language model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them back to the program team for rubric updates.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores by calibrating against gold-standard examples weekly.
