Job summary

CNTXT AI is seeking a senior Hindi localization specialist for a fully remote, hourly contractor role. You will apply localization judgment to data annotation, evaluation, and content generation tasks, ensuring tone, terminology, and cultural nuance are accurate across prompts and outputs.

You will leverage C1 English proficiency to interpret materials, identify drift and inconsistencies, and provide clear, written corrections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, Communications, or related field.
• Native or near-native Hindi with strong writing and editing skills.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for interpreting prompts and guidelines.
• Excellent editorial judgment in register, tone, inclusivity, and cultural nuance.
• Ability to identify drift, ambiguity, locale inconsistencies, and explain corrections clearly.

Responsibilities

• Data annotation: labeling, classifying, and structuring documents and content for AI training datasets.
• LLM evaluation: review AI-generated responses for accuracy and cultural/linguistic quality.
• Content generation: write prompts and model responses to guide AI learning across topics.
• Localization QA: ensure tone, terminology, and locale details are accurate across outputs.
