Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of health information management functions, including coding and compliance.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coding operations and support remote coding associates.
• Analyze internal and external audit results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to coding staff based on audit findings.
• Ensure coding staff attend all required training, including inpatient/outpatient coding.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting documentation, reimbursement, and coding.
