Outsource Ability is recruiting a seasoned High-Ticket Sales Closer on behalf of a UK-based digital marketing partner. The role is fully remote for a South Africa-based contractor, operating during UK business hours, and focuses solely on closing booked consultations via video calls.

You will handle pre-booked appointments, study prospect details, and position the agency’s services to achieve signed clients, with CRM discipline and target-driven performance expected.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years' experience in a high-ticket closing or sales role.
• Proven experience closing sales meetings for a marketing agency.
• Experience closing face to face on video calls; not phone-only or email-based selling.
• Confident, professional and personable on camera.
• Strong spoken and written English with a clear conversational style.
• Skilled at objection handling and asking for the decision.
• Able to work a booked diary independently without daily supervision.
• Disciplined with CRM records and follow-up.
• Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Run booked sales consultations face to face on video using Zoom or Teams.
• Prepare for calls by reviewing prospect background and notes.
• Understand client objectives and position agency services accordingly.
• Handle objections and guide conversations to a decision.
• Close prospects and confirm next steps.
• Promptly follow up with unclosed prospects to drive decisions.
• Re-engage no-shows and reschedule as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of outcomes, stages, notes, and actions.
• Provide feedback on objections, pricing resistance, and lead quality patterns.
