Varsity Tutors is seeking a High School Writing tutor to help online students nationwide. You’ll deliver personalized instruction in argumentative essays, research writing, and SAT/ACT prep, with flexible scheduling and the comfort of teaching from home.

Join our Live Learning Platform to connect with students 1-on-1, earn up to $40 per hour, and receive rapid payment (up to twice per week). You set your hours and can tutor as much as you’d like, with AI-assisted Copilot features to support

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of high school writing, argumentative essays, and SAT/ACT prep.
• Ability to plan, draft, and revise essays with clear feedback.
• Familiarity with AP writing standards and college readiness goals.
