Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking certified teachers to virtually manage instructional programs from either an office in Michigan or a home office. You will collaborate with learning coaches, students, and parents to deliver both asynchronous and synchronous instruction, complete grading, and prepare progress reports.

You will communicate with families regularly to develop Personal Learning Plans and schedules, monitor progress, and adapt teaching approaches to support diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Qualified and certified to teach the appropriate subject in Michigan.
• Michigan residency preferred for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage instructional programs virtually and coach students and learning coaches.
• Conduct grading, progress reports, and parent conferences.
• Provide asynchronous and synchronous instruction and feedback.
• Coordinate field trips and state testing participation as required.
