Lighthouse Connections Academy seeks a dynamic High School Principal to lead a distance-based, Michigan-focused program while coordinating MTSS/RTI and family engagement initiatives. This role involves instructional leadership, data-driven planning, and collaboration with regulators and stakeholders to ensure personalized, high-quality education.

Qualifications

• Michigan administrative credential is required.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from a regionally accredited college/university are required.
• Valid Michigan Teaching Certification with three years of successful teaching experience is required.
• Three years of administrative or management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership, coaching, and support to teachers and staff to strengthen Tier 1 instruction and evidence-based practices.
• Lead PLCs and data meetings to analyze student performance and monitor school improvement goals.
• Coordinate MTSS/RTI training and staff development across the school.
