ŌURA is seeking a Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR) Lead to own the economic evidence layer of our clinical outcomes research. You will translate clinical and real‑world evidence into defensible value for payers and employers and produce the evidence packages that support our healthcare growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, economics, health policy, or related field.
• 8+ years in health economics or outcomes research with hands-on experience building economic models (cost‑effectiveness, budget impact, ROI or cost‑offset) including sensitivity analysis.
• Track record generating payer-facing and/or employer-facing economic evidence.
• Fluency interpreting claims-derived cost and utilization data.
• Experience generating real-world evidence in value-based care, care-delivery, primary care, or population-health settings.

Responsibilities

• Quantify the economic value of Oura's healthcare research to prioritize evidence investment across payer and employer segments.
• Build the economic value case for Oura across healthcare payers and employers, translating clinical findings into cost, utilization, and workforce outcomes.
• Develop budget-impact, cost‑effectiveness, and ROI models behind that case and build reusable model frameworks.
• Own the payer- and employer-facing evidence packages that anchor outcomes research goals for scrutiny.
• Partner with research scientists to embed economic endpoints into upcoming studies to support economic analysis.
