Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Lead to own the economic evidence layer of our clinical outcomes research and translate clinical and real-world data into defensible economic value for payers and employers. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Outcomes Research, you will produce evidence packages to support our healthcare growth.

This remote US role will build budget-impact, cost-effectiveness, and ROI models and partner with researchers to embed economic endpoints

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, economics, health policy, or related field.
• 8+ years in health economics or outcomes research with economic modeling experience.
• Experience generating payer-facing and/or employer-facing economic evidence.

Responsibilities

• Quantify economic value of evidence to prioritize investments across payer and employer segments.
• Build economic value case translating clinical findings into cost, utilization, and workforce outcomes.
• Develop budget-impact, cost-effectiveness, and ROI models.
• Own evidence packages for payers and employers to withstand scrutiny.
• Partner with researchers to embed economic endpoints in future studies.
