Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Hemophilia Area Business Manager for the New York area. This remote, field-based role focuses on promoting the Hemophilia portfolio and supporting future launches within Rare Blood Disorders.

You will develop territory plans, identify key decision makers, conduct meetings with institutions, analyze market data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, patient-centered solutions. Up to 80% travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years field-based hospital/institutional or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, or 4+ years clinical experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (NY-NJ).
• MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Hemophilia portfolio and future launches within Sanofi Rare Blood Disorders.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategies.
• Identify key decision makers and conduct physician/institutional meetings.
• Analyze market and customer data to support strategic planning and selling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure compliant execution.
• Present hematology clinical information effectively to hospital/academic centers.
