Ladders is seeking a Hematology Thought Leader Liaison for the North Central/Great Lakes region. This remote US-based role partners with field leadership to shape commercial strategy through external expert insights and advisory activities in oncology.

The candidate will identify treatment trends, coordinate advisory boards, and build a regional advocacy network while traveling 60-80%. Requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech, oncology experience, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology experience is required.
• Proven ability to present to executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Ability to translate external expert insights into actionable strategy.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Willingness to travel 60-80%, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic external expert engagement plans.
• Plan and maintain external expert engagements, both live and virtual.
• Build and manage a regional brand advocacy network.
• Gather insights from forums and share them with the brand team.
• Share synthesized insights with commercial leadership to help shape strategy.
• Identify emerging treatment paradigm shifts and unmet needs.
• Execute advisory boards and coordinate expert interactions.
