Remote Helpdesk Support Representative - $17/HR

Location: United States, Florida, Miami

Immediate opening for Remote Technical Support Representatives

Position details:

  • Level 1 Desktop Support/Technical Support
  • 100% remote work with provided equipment
  • Contract duration: 3-4 months (July - October)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST
  • Pay: $17/hr

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of desktop or technical support experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Proficient in Windows 10/11
  • Strong troubleshooting skills

The Technical Support Representative is part of the Family Tech Support Contact Center, responsible for handling high volume inquiries related to products, services, technical issues, logins, website navigation, and platform support. This includes inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails from families, students, and occasional calls from teachers.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $17.00 per hour. Benefits may include:
