Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (AZ or compact).
• 3+ years clinical RN experience.
• 2+ years HEDIS quality measures experience.
• 1+ years presenting information to groups.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, Windows 10, QuickBase.

Responsibilities

• Generates and distributes gap in care reporting from Tableau Dashboard.
• Outreach to provider groups, scheduling meetings, developing presentations, and conducting meetings to share HEDIS information.
• Reviews documentation and abstracts compliant medical record data for entry into supplemental data tool.
• Contacts providers of record, vendors, or internal departments to obtain additional information as needed.
• Commands knowledge of NCQA HEDIS and STARS measures for Medicare and Medicaid.
• Works with a variety of electronic tools to accomplish team goals.
• Performs other duties as needed.
