Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Quality Practice Liaison to work from home for the Arizona Mercy Care Plan. The role involves presenting HEDIS gaps in care, educating on HEDIS measures, and data entry from multiple EMRs. The candidate will collaborate with health plan teams to improve member outcomes and ensure data accuracy.

Required RN licensure, 3+ years of clinical RN experience, and 2+ years with HEDIS measures, plus 1+ year of presenting experience. Some travel within Arizona is expected.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona or compact state RN license.
• 3+ years of clinical experience as an RN.
• 2+ years of experience with HEDIS quality measures.
• 1+ years of experience with delivering presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, and QuickBase.

Responsibilities

• Generates and distributes gap in care reporting from Tableau Dashboard.
• Outreach to provider groups to share HEDIS information and schedule meetings.
• Reviews documentation and abstracts compliant medical record data for entry into systems.
