Sonova USA, Inc. is seeking a Software Support and Connectivity Specialist for a remote position in the United States.

You will support customers with software and connectivity issues related to hearing aid technology, acting as a subject matter expert in fitting software, Bluetooth connectivity, and Noah applications. The role requires a High School diploma with 5+ years in a technical software support environment; associate or bachelor’s in IT/software preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational background as listed; degree preferred in IT/Software or related field.
• Experience in technical software support in a high-tech or medical device environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through incoming software and connectivity support queues.
• Handle escalations from Audiology Technical Support and Consumer Connectivity teams.
• Provide Bluetooth and wireless accessory troubleshooting.
• Conduct scheduled outbound calls to assist customers with technical issues.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Sonova fitting software and Noah applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams across technical support, marketing, and product teams.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve customer and employee experience.
• Participate in meetings and initiatives to support business growth.
