Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of health law experience with strength in transactional work, regulatory due diligence, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional support including due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, and ancillary documents.
• Advise on corporate governance documents such as operating agreements and bylaws.
• Counsel on healthcare regulatory compliance issues including fraud, waste, and abuse.
