Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Director in the United States to lead large-scale MEDITECH technology engagements, migrations, and optimization initiatives for healthcare clients.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, drive successful project outcomes, and provide leadership to consulting teams, while supporting business development and internal capability-building efforts.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of healthcare technology consulting, program leadership, or healthcare IT experience.
• 5+ years of MEDITECH experience providing MEDITECH consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise MEDITECH implementations, Expanse migrations, optimization initiatives, or large-scale healthcare technology transformations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the executive leader accountable for the successful delivery of MEDITECH implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimization engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders; provide strategic guidance on MEDITECH and healthcare tech transformations.
• Lead program planning, governance, risk management, staffing, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Provide subject matter expertise related to MEDITECH applications, workflows, system integration, and best practices.
• Direct, coach, and develop project teams while fostering a high-performing, accountable environment.
• Partner with client leadership to assess challenges, develop solutions, and drive tech-enabled improvements.
• Contribute to practice growth through sales pursuits, solution development, recruiting, and thought leadership.
• Identify new opportunities, expand client partnerships, and represent Huron as a trusted advisor.
