Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of experience delivering complex programs in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, high-risk, multi-stream programs.
• Strong executive presence with extensive customer-facing leadership experience.
• Experience managing strategic enterprise customers with executive-level visibility.
• Demonstrated expertise in data center infrastructure, private cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience managing delivery under strict SLAs and contractual frameworks.
• Strong governance, PMO frameworks, and financial management.
• Strong healthcare experience, including HIPAA / HITECH, patient safety considerations, interoperability standards (FHIR / HL7).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; PMP certification required; PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the overall program vision, strategy, and delivery approach across multiple interdependent projects, including complex infrastructure and migration initiatives.
• Direct the development and approval of integrated program and project plans, incorporating technical delivery, dependencies, and sequencing across private cloud environments.
• Maintain alignment between program outcomes and strategic objectives, ensuring delivery across private cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and platform services.
• Ensure the program environment supports successful delivery across all workstreams, including technical assurance, SDDC integration, and management of technical risks and escalations.
• Ensure program plans explicitly account for patient safety, clinical workflows, system resilience, and regulatory compliance, not just technology outcomes.
