Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, and/or health care experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
• Medicare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Efficiently triage incoming calls from members and pharmacies with professional etiquette
• Provide support for call center staff
• Identify and escalate member and pharmacy concerns to internal teams
• Communicate issues and solutions to customers to ensure quality care and safety
• Follow SOPs and HIPAA guidelines
• Support Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program by reviewing pharmacy claims information
