Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Sales Associate supporting our Home Health Charlotte Community Sales team. This remote-based role requires residing within a commutable 90-mile radius of Charlotte, NC.

As a Sales Associate you will perform administrative sales and marketing tasks, process referrals, and support the area sales team of Transitional Care Managers and Marketing Managers. This is an ideal entry point into Healthcare Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, home health care preferred.
• Experience with health system / referral management is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and communicate BAYADA values.
• Partner with sales team to build relationships with referral sources.
• Review and coordinate documentation to transition care or initiate care as ordered by a physician.
• Coordinate with service office to set up services.
• Collaborate with care/marketing leaders on key accounts.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings as directed.
