Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Sales Associate to support our Home Health Sales team. This role offers a path into Healthcare Sales and Marketing, with opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

The Sales Associate will handle administrative sales tasks, process referrals from various sources, and support the area sales team to drive growth and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; sales/referral management experience may substitute for a degree.
• 1 year of healthcare setting experience; home health preferred.
• Experience with health system/referral management is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proven ability to take on more responsibility and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate BAYADA values and engage referral sources.
• Support area sales team by processing referrals and coordinating with physicians.
• Coordinate documentation with referral sources to transition care to BAYADA.
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager and Marketing Manager on key accounts.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to performance objectives.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
