Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Consulting Manager on the Mid Revenue Cycle team focusing on Service Capture. You will guide design, implementation, and optimization of service capture, drive revenue integrity, and manage multiple engagements across hospitals and physician enterprises.

Strong leadership, analytics, and client management are essential. This role requires 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, deep workflow knowledge, Epic experience, and travel up to 50%. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including service capture, CDM, coding, billing and reimbursement processes.
• Deep understanding of service capture workflows across inpatient, outpatient, and professional services settings.
• Experience delivering healthcare revenue cycle projects in a consulting environment, including hands-on Epic and reimbursement methodologies (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG).

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in design, implementation, and optimization of service capture strategies.
• Lead engagements to enhance revenue integrity and operational performance across hospitals, health systems, and physician enterprises.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project workplans to keep engagements on schedule and milestones met.
• Oversee development, review, and QA of client deliverables to ensure accuracy and executive-level quality.
• Evaluate clinical workflows, charge entry practices, and billing processes to identify improvement opportunities and actionable recommendations.
