Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to source and place qualified professionals for skilled nursing, home health, hospice and related roles. This remote, Monday–Friday position requires at least 2 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on building talent pipelines and managing the full recruiting lifecycle.

You will partner with facility leaders, verify credentials, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organization, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates, openings and client relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with job boards, ATS and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and network of candidates.
• Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Manage candidates through the recruiting and placement process.
• Verify licenses, credentials and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and communications between candidates and facilities.
• Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies to fill positions efficiently.
• Create and manage job postings across boards and platforms.
• Provide updates and market insight to leadership.
• Identify process improvements to reduce time-to-hire.
