Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead high-volume sourcing for clinical support roles across our healthcare facilities. You will verify credentials, conduct screens, and partner with CNOs and hospital leadership to align hiring with operational needs.

The role offers a work-from-home schedule with periodic travel to facilities, a path to permanent conversion, and standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated talent acquisition or healthcare recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent 4 years of work experience.
• Residency within 1–2 hours drive of target facility locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, high-volume sourcing and talent acquisition strategies for clinical support roles.
• Assess candidate qualifications via behavioral interviews, verify credentials, conduct screens, and track in ATS/CRM (Workday/PeopleSoft).
• Build partnerships with CNOs, nursing leadership, and hiring managers to align hiring with operations.
• Travel periodically for quarterly facility visits, department walks, and local hiring events.

Responsibilities

Your Daily Blueprint

• Lead end-to-end, high-volume sourcing and talent acquisition strategies for critical clinical support roles
• Assess candidate qualifications through behavioral interview techniques, verify credentials, conduct thorough phone screens, and maintain swift, accurate tracking across ATS/CRM platforms (Workday and PeopleSoft).
• Build and nurture strong, consultative partnerships with facility CNOs, nursing leadership, and hiring managers across hospital facilities to align hiring targets with operational needs.
• Participate in periodic travel for quarterly facility visits, department walk-throughs, and local community hiring events to stay deeply connected with regional leadership.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of dedicated talent acquisition or human resources experience (healthcare recruiting or clinical HR experience strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Geographic residency within a 1- to 2-hour drive of target facility locations
