Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant in the United States for a fully remote role. You will drive data-driven insights, develop quality measurement strategies, and transform complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence to improve patient outcomes and value-based care performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with clinical teams, executives, payer partners, and data professionals to lead quality reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in healthcare administration, project management, or quality intelligence.
• Experience with HEDIS/NCQA payer programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and measurement frameworks.
• Proficiency in statistical techniques and data interpretation.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Responsabilités

• Develop enterprise-wide quality measures and performance goals.
• Monitor external quality reporting programs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain measure definitions and data mappings with data/tech teams.
• Lead enterprise reports, dashboards, and data tools to improve quality.
• Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Translate analytics into actionable improvement strategies for leadership.
• Collaborate with departments and payer partners on reporting needs.
• Lead quality intelligence meetings with stakeholders.
• Support CMS/NCQA quality programs and value-based care initiatives.
• Enhance EHR tools and data capture to support value-based agreements.
