Matlen Silver seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare projects in a highly matrixed environment. You will coordinate with business and technology teams, delivery partners, and senior leadership to manage scope, schedules, risks, and milestones, ensuring alignment with FEP mandates.

The role requires strong PM experience in healthcare, FEP knowledge, and experience with government-related healthcare initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare/insurance.
• Strong knowledge of the Federal Employee Program (FEP).
• Experience on government or federally related healthcare projects.
• Experience presenting to VP-level and senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years of relevant experience may substitute.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate complex projects and multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Serve as a coordination point between business and technology teams.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables are completed and approved on time.
• Work with cross-functional teams and multiple delivery partners in a matrixed environment.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Present project status and recommendations to VP-level and senior leadership.
• Facilitate brainstorming, planning, and stakeholder sessions.
• Ensure activities align with requirements, contractual commitments, and FEP mandates.
• Mentor team members to promote effective delivery.
