Job summary

Smile Digital Health is seeking a Technical Implementations Lead to work with healthcare clients on the Smile platform, configuring the system, scripting, troubleshooting, and designing technical solutions.

You will guide architectural decisions, gain expertise in HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, and JavaScript, and balance multiple projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java and JavaScript development.
• Proven expertise in Spring, REST, SQL, and Git.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering software solutions both independently and in teams.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to support implementations of Smile platform.
• Provide architectural guidance and design technical solutions.
• Manage priorities across concurrent projects and escalate as needed.
• Stay current with HL7, FHIR, OpenID Connect, Kubernetes, Java, JavaScript, JSON, XML.
• Coordinate with implementers, service, and account teams to drive profitable engagements.
• Support analysts and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and ensure accurate time reporting in NetSuite.
