Job summary

Informa Markets, part of Informa, seeks an experienced Industry Partnerships & Buyer Relations Manager for healthcare. Based in Orlando, FL, you’ll drive partnership development, buyer engagement, and revenue growth across our healthcare events portfolio, collaborating with sales, marketing, and content teams to align strategy and execution.

You will lead initiatives to attract senior decision-makers, manage hosted buyer programs, and deliver market insights to leadership while advancing revenue

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or buyer relations within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or events industry.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business results.
• Experience engaging senior-level decision-makers and C-suite executives.
• Experience collaborating with exhibition/sales teams in a B2B events environment.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical industry dynamics, coupled with stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations, associations, and research institutions.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorships, and collaborative opportunities.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for key partners and ensure ongoing engagement.
• Lead Hosted Buyer Program, ROI tracking, and VIP buyer selection processes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and content teams to integrate partnership/buyer strategies into event planning.
• Develop revenue strategies through partnerships, non-traditional sponsorships, and premium buyer programs.
