Job summary

DuPont seeks an Account Manager for Healthcare Packaging to grow relationships with MDMs and pharmaceutical manufacturers across North America. This remote role requires travel (~50%) and fluent English/Spanish communication to support diverse customers and stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional collaborations, develop target account plans, and drive demand generation to secure Tyvek® for new applications while expanding revenues in the Healthcare Packaging segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with technical and regulatory requirements of healthcare packaging.
• Proven ability to build sustainable customer relationships and win business.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with sales pipeline and opportunity management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with large and strategic MDMs and other accounts serving NA Healthcare Packaging.
• Drive demand generation and manage opportunity pipelines with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate contracts and extend value proposition across the supply chain.
• Develop detailed account plans and contact strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with technical, quality, product management, supply chain, and marketing teams.
