Responsibilities

Gather and document business and operational requirements for healthcare operations.
Create and maintain process flows, workflow diagrams, and basic reports.
Collaborate with clinical, billing, patient access, compliance, and operations teams.
Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and operational documentation.
Maintain BRDs, process documents, and reports.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Respond to inquiries and escalate issues to senior analysts as needed.
