Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required or related.
• Proven Healthcare IT Project Manager experience.
• Hands-on PM experience leading technology implementations/enhancements.
• Experience managing Revenue Cycle projects in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, risks, and resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from initiation through completion.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, timelines, and WBS.
• Monitor progress and ensure deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Track, manage, and forecast project financials.
• Communicate status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, document, and elevate risks and issues as needed to maintain objectives.
• Manage scope, resources, budget, and timelines per standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and MSPs.
• Facilitate virtual project meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Drive accountability and timely obstacle resolution.
