Job summary

Workday’s Healthcare Consulting team is seeking a Professional Services Healthcare Consultant to drive successful deployments of Workday HR solutions for healthcare clients. You will apply industry, product, and consulting expertise to implement HCM and Core Compensation, mentor peers, and establish leading practices across engagements.

The role emphasizes teamwork with Engagement Managers, training on new releases, and sharing knowledge across the Workday partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, focusing on Core HCM and Compensation.
• 2+ years consulting experience.
• Significant healthcare industry experience, especially hospitals or direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Understand Workday’s HCM and Core Compensation product suites and mentor others.
• Provide healthcare industry perspective to ensure leading practices reflect trends.
• Follow Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all engagements.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge with each release.
• Attend and lead events to share experiences and mentor other consultants.
• Communicate project status and risks to Engagement Managers and stakeholders.
