Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review healthcare forms for accuracy and completeness, identifying inconsistencies.
• Input data from source documents into databases/spreadsheets with high accuracy; Excel is essential.
• Perform data verification by cross-checking entries against source documents.
• Follow up with members or physicians on incomplete information and reprocess forms as needed.
• Maintain and organize digital records for easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with the digital health management company to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in generating reports and retrieving data as requested.
• Safeguard confidential information in accordance with policies.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
