Healthcare Intake Processor - Data Entry, Patient Services

US - remote

The Healthcare Intake Processor is responsible for receiving, interpreting, and processing inbound documentation and data from multiple sources/programs (payors, vendors, clients, patients). This role ensures accurate data entry, proper document handling, and timely routing of information into patient and program files. This role requires independent decision‑making and the ability to support intake operations.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive and process inbound documentation via fax, electronic upload, or other methods.
• Accurately enter data into proprietary systems and patient files.
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with program requirements.
• Route documents to the appropriate department, program, or team member.
• Maintain KPI expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and quality assurance.
• Monitor and respond to incoming requests and inquiries through multiple systems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve document discrepancies or incomplete submissions.
• Abide by HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of PHI.

• As a remote-forward organization, this position operates in a virtual professional office environment and teleworking from the employee’s home address listed in their employment file.
