Job summary

ProPivotal is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional in Massachusetts to keep provider information up to date across multiple systems for a health insurance client. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, on a project/contract basis through late January 2027 with potential extension.

Responsibilities include validating and entering provider information from forms, updating demographics, and following a defined workflow to maintain accuracy and meet production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of data entry experience.
• Experience in quota-based accuracy driven work.
• Ability to follow a structured process without skipping steps.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, including in high-stakes situations.

Responsibilities

• Validate and enter provider information from forms and supporting documents.
• Read requests, interpret updates needed, and enter data into correct fields.
• Update demographic and provider details such as name, address, phone, fax, office hours, billing and site addresses, tax ID, and panel status.
• Follow a defined workflow and meet production and quality standards.
• Work across multiple systems and screens, staying organized and accurate.
