Qualifications

• Requires 2-4 years of healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with enterprise EHR, Rev Cycle, and ERP data and BI tools.
• Strong SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and enhance analytical and operational data solutions to meet complex business needs.
• Lead metric and technical design and documentation with IT teams to align with strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple medium to large projects using standard PM tools and methodologies.
• Translate business requirements into well-designed data solutions from raw data to final reports.
• Provide thorough documentation and production support for ETL/ELT processes and data integrations.
